Invitations and RSVPs

This is a private, invitation-only gathering. Please provide accurate RSVP details, attend only if invited or approved by the host, and obtain approval for additional guests.

The private event address is shared directly with invited guests. Please do not post the address publicly. Questions can be sent to contact@wickedparties.org.

The setting and your comfort

The event may include dim lighting, flashing or changing lights, amplified music, costumes, decorations, stairs, and outdoor walking areas. Consider your comfort and any sensitivities before attending or joining an activity.

Contact the host in advance about access needs or concerns so we can discuss the setting and possible arrangements. Participation in activities is voluntary. You may decline an activity, take a break, or leave at any time.

Staying safe together

Use designated guest areas and walkways. Follow host instructions, keep exits clear, and do not climb on, move, or touch lighting, electrical equipment, cables, or decorations.

Choose footwear and costumes that allow safe movement and visibility. Report hazards, injuries, or illness promptly. Call 911 in an emergency.

Conduct and supervision

Treat guests, neighbors, and property respectfully. Harassment, violence, unsafe behavior, and interference with event equipment are not permitted. The host may end an activity or ask a guest to leave for safety or misconduct.

A parent or guardian must supervise any minor guest permitted to attend.

Food, alcohol, and getting home

Ask the host about food ingredients and preparation before consuming anything if you have allergies. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If alcohol is present, guests must be 21 or older to consume it; supplying it to underage guests is prohibited. Do not drive while impaired. Arrange a sober ride, and ask the host for assistance if needed.

Photographs and event changes

Ask permission before photographing or posting identifiable images of other guests. Permission for Wicked Parties to use identifiable guest images publicly is requested separately; attending does not automatically grant it.

Event details or activities may change for weather, safety, or other practical reasons. Contact the host if you need to confirm an update.

About your acknowledgment

These terms explain guest rules and safety expectations. They are not a liability release. A safety acknowledgment does not release the host from legal duties or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Each adult guest should review the information and acknowledge the rules for themselves. One guest’s RSVP does not provide photo permission or text consent for other adults in their group.
