We collect information you provide through RSVPs, signup forms, and direct conversations: names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, attendance details, guest names, and messages or preferences you choose to share.

We use this information to mail invitations, manage attendance, answer questions, and provide requested event updates. We record your separate messaging, guest-rules, and photo choices with the time, form source, and version of the wording you reviewed. We may retain the request’s IP address and browser information with that record to document permission and investigate misuse. We also keep opt-out requests. Please provide only information needed for those purposes.

If you separately permit public use of identifiable event photographs or video, we use those images for the purposes stated in that permission. You may contact us about future use or removal from channels we control.

SMS messages are sent only to enrolled guests. An RSVP, email address, or mailing address does not itself authorize texts. We use SimpleTexting to manage SMS and MMS communications. The website records your permission; the host separately reviews and transfers eligible opt-ins to SimpleTexting. Submitting this form does not itself send a text or complete that transfer. Message content, delivery information, and replies may be processed to operate and troubleshoot the program.

The SMS signup choice is separate from your RSVP and optional photo permission. You can attend without signing up for text messages.

We do not sell or rent guest personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use Sites and Cloudflare to host this website and store RSVP submissions, and Resend to send RSVP notifications to the host. Those notifications include the RSVP details and choices you submit, including guest names and any dietary or access information you choose to provide. We use SimpleTexting for our optional event text-message program. We share necessary information with these providers only to perform those functions for us. Authorized event helpers may access information needed for guest coordination.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, respond to misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. Those disclosures do not authorize another organization to market to you. We do not publish guest contact lists or mailing addresses.

We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools to this website. Images, music, and videos are served from this website rather than embedded third-party players, and fonts do not load from an external font service.

We do not use browser local storage or session storage to save RSVP entries. Our hosting and delivery providers process technical request information needed to deliver the website and support its operation and security. Browser settings let you manage cookies; restricting them may affect platform features.

Reply STOP to stop program texts, or contact us by email. You may ask to review, correct, or delete your information, or stop future invitations. We may verify your identity before acting.

We retain information only as needed for event coordination, requested future invitations, legal obligations, and appropriate consent and opt-out records. A limited suppression record may remain to prevent unwanted messages.

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to those who need it, but no system is completely secure. Our website is not directed to children under 13; a parent or guardian should handle their RSVP information. Contact us if a child submitted information directly.

Other websites have their own policies. We will post updates to this policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
