Wicked Parties Event Texts is operated by Sam L Valone, doing business as Wicked Parties, in Quincy, Massachusetts. Questions can be sent to contact@wickedparties.org.

Guests who choose to enroll receive SMS or MMS about the 2026 Mad Hatter’s Halloween Tea, including RSVP reminders, event details, schedule changes, and replies to guest questions. Messages may be sent using automated technology from (617) 398-1206.

SMS participation is optional. You may RSVP and attend without signing up for texts, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing an email address, mailing address, or RSVP alone does not enroll you.

Please enroll only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. This program covers the 2026 event; it does not enroll you in future annual event campaigns.

Two scheduled reminders are planned for October 2026. Frequency may vary if event information changes or you contact us. Enrollment, support, and opt-out confirmations may be additional.

Wicked Parties does not charge a separate texting fee. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your request, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing contact@wickedparties.org.

Reply HELP for assistance or email contact@wickedparties.org. Texting is not an emergency service; call 911 for emergencies. Tell us if you give up or change the enrolled number so we can stop using it.

Delivery depends on your device, mobile carrier, and network availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact the host directly to confirm important event information.

We may update these terms or end the program. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. We will obtain new consent where required before expanding the purpose of messages. A revised policy does not retroactively change the permission you previously gave.
